Vice President

Samantha is wired to face challenges head-on, creatively, and without complaint. It keeps her laser-focused on ensuring the core principles of Blueprint Financial Advisors are demonstrated in every interaction an advisor – and their clients – have with us.

She began her financial services career in 2021 in Charlotte, NC, where she was responsible for project management and transition services. She gained experience in operations, marketing, business management, and advisor integration.

These broad skills and knowledge allowed Samantha to naturally progress into her roles at Blueprint Financial Advisors, joining in 2023 as a Relationship Manager before being promoted to her current position in 2026. Her operational and client service leadership is critical to:

  • Ensuring successful transitions for financial advisors seeking to solve for succession, join a financial advisory practice, or affiliate with our RIA
  • Meeting the practice management, technology, back-office, and asset management needs of advisors who partner with us
  • Providing white-glove client service to financial advisors and their clients

Samantha attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, earning a bachelor’s in political science with a pre-law concentration.

Lover of Family, Golf & The Carolinas

Samantha’s roots are in the Midwest (Crystal Lake, IL), but when she moved to Charlotte, NC, during high school, she quickly fell in love with the Carolinas because of the warm weather and proximity to both mountains and beaches.

These days she lives in Indian Land, SC, with her husband Chad, son Luke, and golden retriever Tucker.

She counts her family among her best friends. In addition to Chad, the family circle currently includes her mom, dad, two brothers and their wives, nephews, and a niece. In 2024, that circle grew further when she and Chad welcomed their first child Luke.

Samantha is active by nature, having played competitive soccer her whole life until a knee injury ended her national-level career. Now she enjoys hiking in the mountains, weekly golf-and-dinner dates with Chad, and weekends on the lake.
