Insurance Operations Manager

She joined the team in 2024 as a Relationship Manager and was promoted to her current role. As Insurance Operations Manager, she is the primary point of contact for financial advisors who utilize the firm’s insurance affiliate, Blueprint Insurance Services, to meet the diverse insurance needs of their clients.
Dyneha’s educational background is in network administration and cybersecurity, and she has experience in data analytics and programming.
Adventurer at Heart
Dynesha feeds off the vibrancy of her home city of Charlotte, NC, spending much of her free time exploring the city’s diverse neighborhood with her fiancé Andre. From the historic charm of the Fourth Ward to the liveliness of South End, she enjoys the energy and variety. The local art scene, parade of music festivals, and availability of outdoor activities add layers to her love for being a Charlottean.
On the weekends, she also prioritizes spending time with her church community.
When not exploring Charlotte or traveling – which is another passion of hers – Dynesha enjoys rewatching the Game of Thrones television series and Marvel movies.
She has a profound love for exploring different cuisines and is constantly seeking out new restaurants and dishes to try. Whether it’s the latest food truck sensation or a cozy corner café, she’s always up for a culinary adventure.
Her sense of adventure scales up to a love for travel as well. Dynesha finds immense joy in experiencing new cultures, trying authentic local foods, and discovering hidden gems.
