Relationship Manager
Ella’s Relationship Manager role is a natural extension of her orientation toward wanting to make others’ lives easier.
During her college years, she worked in several customer service and caregiving roles, including an internship with Blueprint Financial Advisors. When she graduated from North Carolina State University in 2026, she joined the team in her full-time position.
On a day-to-day basis, Ella supports advisors who join the Blueprint Financial Advisors network with:
- Utilizing Schwab, Orion, and related systems
- Opening and reviewing accounts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Processing ACATs, ACHs, and service requests
- Resolving questions and issues raised by clients
She also plays a key role in supporting advisors who are in the midst of transitioning onto the Blueprint Financial Advisors platform.
Ella earned a bachelor’s in Agricultural Business Management.
Saltwater Seeker & Dog Mom
Ella grew up in North Carolina’s Lake Norman area, which she says gave her a deep appreciation for community. While the area will always feel like home, she has fallen in love with living in Charlotte’s South End, were she enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops and walking the Rail Trail.
Outside of work, she’s usually found in the gym, browsing her favorite stores, or planning her next trip. Traveling is one of her greatest passions, especially anywhere with sunshine and saltwater. Whether it’s snorkeling, paddleboarding, relaxing on the beach, or simply soaking up the sun, she’s happiest near the ocean.
During Ella’s time at North Carolina State University, she was proud to serve as a founding member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority, an experience that helped shape her leadership skills and build lifelong friendships.
Additionally, family is incredibly important to Ella. She says her family – parents Danielle and Chris and younger sister Zoey – have always been her biggest supporters.
She’s also a proud dog mom to Hawk, who she adopted from a local shelter in 2020.
