Data Project Manager
Lucia has always been fascinated by how small details combine to create something powerful. Whether it’s billing, analytics, or business strategy, she enjoys uncovering patterns and connecting the pieces to turn complexity into clarity. She believes every insight, no matter how small, can contribute to smarter decision-making for financial advisors and their clients.
Lucia joined the Blueprint Financial Advisors team in 2026, supporting the Operations Team with various data sets important for regulatory compliance, the firm’s partnering financial advisors, and advisor’s end clients.
This role entails:
- Managing data transition projects
- Directing the collection, validation, and cleansing of various data sets
- Executing data mapping and migration across customer relationship management, custodial, and portfolio management systems
- Providing data support to financial advisors who partner with the firm
- Identifying gaps in data workflows, developing scalable solutions, and creating documentation for repeatable success
Lucia was born and raised in Thailand and moved to the United States to pursue her Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of North Florida. Before graduate school, she gained professional experience in Thailand, working in business development, marketing, and sales roles across retail, education. She also studied in Melbourne, Australia, to further develop her English skills.
Adventurer At Heart
Originally from Thailand, Lucia now lives in Durango, CO, with her boyfriend, Ryan.
She has traveled to nine countries and continues to enjoy exploring new places and cultures. Her travel bucket list includes returning to Camp Nou in Barcelona to watch a match, as the stadium was under construction when she visited in 2024.
Lucia attributes her international experiences and curiosity as fuel for the global perspective she brings to both her personal life and her work.
Outside of office, she enjoys staying active – whether that’s golf, bowling, or skiing. She also enjoys road trips around Colorado and discovering new restaurants.
She is especially proud of her past experiences of skydiving and swimming with whale sharks, which reflect her adventurous nature.
One of her unique traits is her ability to remember small and random details over time.
